Terms of Service

Last updated: July 11, 2026

These terms explain what you can expect from Jarumiri Studios when you book a project with us, and what we expect from you in return. We've tried to write them the way we'd actually explain things to a client, not the way a law firm would. If anything here is unclear, message us before you book — we'd rather clear it up upfront than have it be a surprise later.

By submitting a project request, creating an account, or using any part of our site, you're agreeing to the terms below. If you don't agree with something here, please don't use the site — and feel free to reach out so we can talk about it.

1. Who This Applies To, and Age Requirements

We work with adult content creators, so this point matters more than it would for most businesses: you must be at least 18 years old to book a project, create an account, or send us any content. By using our services, you are personally confirming that you are 18 or older.

This also extends to anyone shown in the material you send us. Every person who appears in footage or images you submit must be an adult, and you are personally responsible for confirming that and for having their consent to have that material edited and returned to you. We do not verify this ourselves — we rely on you to be truthful about it, and treating this requirement seriously is a condition of working with us at all.

2. What We Offer

We offer video editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics services, built around a few pricing tiers — Clip, Scene, Feature, and Custom for larger or more involved projects. Each tier is structured for a different scope of work and comes with a set number of included revision rounds, so a longer or more complex edit gets more back-and-forth built in. You can also add optional extras on top of a tier, like rush delivery, captions, a censored preview version, or an intro/outro bumper.

The exact pricing and what's included in each tier is shown on our booking page at the time you submit a request, and that's the version that applies to your project. We do occasionally adjust pricing as our process and turnaround times change, but a price only ever changes for you if we tell you directly — once you and our team have agreed on a price for your specific project, that number doesn't move unless you ask for something additional.

The Clip tier is a no-cost option for eligible creators, limited to one submission per week, requires a free account and at least 3 links to your existing profiles or platforms so we can review your audience, and carries a visible watermark on the delivered video. See Section 16 for what's required of you in exchange for a free edit.

3. Submitting a Project Request

To start a project, you fill out our booking form with a description of what you want done, which tier fits your project, any add-ons you'd like, and links to the platforms or accounts the finished content will live on. This gives our team what we need to understand the project and quote it accurately.

If this is your first time working with us, we ask that you describe the project and share links to your existing content rather than uploading raw files directly at this stage. Once you've completed a project with us before, that restriction lifts and you can upload files straight into the booking form going forward — up to 20 files per submission, at up to 250MB each. This isn't about not trusting first-time clients; it's a practical safeguard against strangers uploading files to us with no relationship or payment history behind them.

To keep the system fair and prevent spam, anyone submitting a request without an account or a completed project history is limited to one submission every 24 hours. Creating an account and building a history with us removes that limit.

4. Review and Agreeing on a Price

After you submit a request, our team reviews it and gets back to you with a confirmed price for the project. For the Clip, Scene, and Feature tiers this is usually close to the listed price plus any add-ons you selected; for Custom projects, or anything with unusual scope, we'll work out a fair price with you directly based on what you've described. Nothing is charged to you during this review stage.

Once a price is agreed, we send you a deposit invoice and your project officially moves into active status. You're welcome to ask questions or request adjustments to the scope before agreeing to a price — the deposit invoice is the point where the project and price become locked in.

5. The Deposit

Once a price is agreed, we invoice you for a deposit equal to 30% of the total project price. This deposit secures your spot in our schedule and covers the work that goes into starting your project. The remaining 70% is billed later, as the final payment, once your project is finished (see Section 8).

Every deposit invoice comes with a due date at least three days out from when it's sent, so you have a reasonable window to pay. We'll also send you a reminder if the due date is approaching and it's still unpaid.

Deposits are paid securely through Stripe, a payment processor used by most online businesses — we never see or store your card details ourselves.

6. If the Deposit Isn't Paid in Time

If the due date passes and the deposit still hasn't been paid, we treat the project as inactive. It's set aside, any files you'd already sent us are moved into secure long-term storage rather than staying in our active queue, and the unpaid invoice is cancelled. You'll get an email and an in-app notification letting you know this happened.

This isn't a punishment and it isn't permanent — it simply reflects that we can't hold an active production slot open indefinitely without payment. If you're ready to move forward after this happens, just reach out to us and we can pick the project back up.

7. Your Delivery Date

We set a firm delivery date for your project once your deposit has been paid — not before. This is because a realistic delivery date depends on where your project sits in our production schedule at the moment work actually begins, and that schedule shifts based on what else is in progress until a deposit confirms your project is really going ahead. Once the deposit clears, we'll give you a specific date and keep you posted if anything changes.

8. Revisions

Every pricing tier includes a set number of revision rounds — the details are shown on the booking page for each tier, and generally scale with the size of the tier, so a Feature-length project comes with more included revisions than a Clip-tier edit. A revision round means you review a draft and send back specific feedback on what you'd like changed.

If you need more revisions than your tier includes, that's not a problem — you can request additional rounds at any point, and we'll invoice each one individually at a small fixed rate. There's no hard limit on how many extra rounds you can request; we just ask that feedback be specific enough for us to act on it, so revisions move the project forward rather than going in circles.

9. Communicating With Us

Once your project is accepted and moving forward, direct messaging opens up between you and our studio through your dashboard, so you can send notes, ask questions, and share additional reference material as work progresses. You can attach files to messages too, up to 10 attachments per message and 1GB per file.

We expect the same basic respect in messages that we'd extend to you. We reserve the right to limit or restrict messaging access on an account if it's used abusively, but that's a last resort, not a default posture — the vast majority of client conversations never come close to that line.

10. Final Payment and Completion

When your project is finished, we send you a final invoice for the remaining 70% of the agreed price. Like the deposit, this comes with a due date at least three days out and a reminder if it's approaching unpaid. As soon as the final payment clears, your project is marked complete and your finished files unlock automatically — there's no separate manual step or waiting period after payment.

11. Downloading Your Finished Work

Once your project is marked complete, your finished files are available to download from your dashboard if you have an account, and also from the project tracking page using your unique project code — even if you booked as a guest. There's no expiration date on this access; your files remain downloadable for as long as your project stays active in our system.

One important thing to know: the project tracking page doesn't require you to log in — it only asks for your project code (or your name and email). That's by design, so guests can track and download their work without needing an account. But it also means your project code works a bit like a password to your finished files, so please keep it private and don't share it anywhere public.

12. If the Final Payment Isn't Made

If a final invoice goes unpaid past its due date, the same pattern as the deposit applies: the invoice is cancelled and you're notified. Unlike the deposit stage, we give a three-day grace period after that before doing anything further, in case you're just working out payment on your end.

If three days pass with no new invoice requested, we archive the project and move its files into secure long-term storage. Again, this isn't a deletion and isn't final — reach out whenever you're ready and we'll pick it back up and get you a fresh invoice.

13. Pausing or Withdrawing a Project

If you need to pause a project that's in progress — for example, if your plans change or you need more time — you can do that yourself from your dashboard at any point. A paused project stays exactly as it is; nothing is deleted, and you can pick it back up whenever you're ready.

You can also withdraw a project entirely and delete it from your dashboard. Doing this is permanent for any raw files you'd uploaded — source footage, reference material, and chat attachments are wiped completely from our systems and can't be recovered. If we had already delivered finished files to you before you withdrew the project, we keep a copy of those specific delivered files as a record of what was handed over, even though your original raw materials are gone.

This is a deliberate, one-way action — please treat it as final rather than a way to temporarily clear a project, and use the pause option instead if you might want to come back to it.

14. Your Account

You don't need an account to book a project — you can go through the whole process as a guest and track your project by code. Creating an account is optional, but it removes the submission-frequency limit described in Section 3, lets you unlock direct file uploads sooner, saves your details so you don't have to re-enter them on future bookings, and gives you one place to see every project you've booked with us and message our team directly.

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard, which requires you to type your account email to confirm — this is a deliberate extra step since the action is permanent. Deleting your account wipes the raw files across every project tied to it, the same way withdrawing an individual project does, while preserving any files we'd already delivered to you as finished work. If you'd like a copy of your account information or project history before deleting your account, just ask us directly and we'll get that to you.

15. Ownership of the Content You Send Us

Anything you upload or share with us — footage, photos, audio, reference material — remains yours. By sending it to us, you're giving us permission to view, store, and work with it solely for the purpose of completing your project. We don't use it for anything beyond that, and we don't share it with anyone outside of the people directly working on your project.

You're responsible for making sure you actually have the right to send us whatever you send — whether that's because it's footage of yourself, or because you have the necessary permission from whoever is shown in it. If a piece of content turns out to involve rights you didn't actually have, that responsibility sits with you, not with us.

16. Ownership of the Finished Work

Once your final payment clears and your project is marked complete, the finished files we deliver to you are yours to use as you see fit. Before that point — while a project is still in progress and only a deposit has been paid — the work in progress belongs to us, since it isn't finished or paid for yet. We don't publish, repost, or otherwise use your finished work ourselves unless you separately and explicitly give us permission to, for example to show as a portfolio piece.

Clip-tier projects work a little differently: once a Clip project is marked complete, you agree to provide us with either a written testimonial about your experience or explicit permission to publish the delivered video (or part of it) in our gallery — whichever you prefer, either one satisfies this. Until you do one of the two, you won't be able to submit another Clip project (paid tiers remain unaffected).

17. Content We Can't Work With

We will not accept, edit, or work with any content involving minors in any capacity, non-consensual acts, or material that's otherwise illegal to produce or distribute. This is a hard line, not a judgment call made case by case.

If we discover or reasonably suspect that content submitted to us falls into any of these categories, we will immediately stop work, remove the material from our systems, end the project without refund, and where required by law, report it to the appropriate authorities. This applies regardless of what stage a project is at or what's already been paid.

18. Your Responsibility on the Platforms You Publish To

We edit and deliver your content — what you do with it afterward is between you and the platform you post it to. Sites like OnlyFans, Fansly, and similar platforms each have their own content rules, and it's your responsibility to make sure whatever you publish complies with them. We're not able to guarantee that any finished content will be accepted by a particular platform, and we're not responsible for any action a platform takes against your account after you post something we made for you.

19. Privacy and Confidentiality

We treat everything about your project as confidential — your identity, your content, and the details of what you've booked. We don't discuss your work publicly or with anyone outside the people directly involved in completing it, and we don't use your content for our own promotion without asking you first. For details on how we handle personal information more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.

20. Refunds

We don't currently have an automatic refund process, and deposits and payments are generally non-refundable once paid, since they cover work and scheduling time that's already been committed on our end.

That said, if something goes genuinely wrong on our side — we can't deliver what was agreed, or there's a real mistake in how a project was handled — reach out to us directly and we'll work it out with you in good faith. These situations are handled individually rather than through a fixed policy, because the right resolution usually depends on the specifics.

21. Our Right to Decline or End a Project

We can decline a project before it starts, or stop work on one already underway, if it involves content we don't work with (Section 17), if information you gave us turns out to be false, or if continuing the relationship isn't reasonably workable for us. Where we've already been paid for work we won't be completing through no fault of yours, we'll discuss a fair resolution with you rather than simply keeping the payment.

22. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to deliver quality work on the timeline we agree to, but we can't guarantee a specific outcome for your content once it's posted — things like platform performance, audience reception, or income are outside our control. To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility to you for any issue related to our services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the project in question. We're not responsible for indirect losses, like lost earnings or opportunities, that might result from a delay, error, or issue with a project.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our services evolve. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we'll try to let existing clients know directly. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the current version of these terms. Changes never apply retroactively to a project you've already agreed a price and paid a deposit on — that project stays governed by the terms in place when you booked it.

24. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be specified], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved directly between us will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

25. Contact Us

If anything in these terms is unclear, or you want to talk through a specific situation before booking, reach out to us on Telegram at t.me/jarumiri. If you already have a project with us, you can also message our team directly from your dashboard.
